Trunk revamp

I found this treasure on one of my thrift shop hunts, for only 10 dollars. All I had to do was wipe with a rag and water and soap, and it was ready for my project. Well first off sorry, I totally forgot to take a picture of the before, but basically all the sides had an ugly 70's abstract pictures on all sides.  I used pictures and old postcards which I scanned and then printed so that the paper was easier for my mod podge project. I will add more later if need be, but for now I'm kind of in love. Done any dyi projects/upcycling, lately?

Tea Party

Our good Friend's Daughter celebrated her 1st birthday Party and the theme was tea party; I had the pleasure to help out with some of the decor and the teapot flower arrangements. Everything turned out fantastic, and i just wanted to share some of the pics of that day.  Sorry about the bad cellphone-picture quality but it was too late, and I was too lazy to get the camera. These were after I finished them the night before (dont mind my messy kitchen, ;)         These Amazing Cake and Yummo desserts were all done by the momma of the birthday girl, and let me tell you they were certainly delicious.

Blog Make-over

Well I have been trying to find a free template, and design instructions online for awhile, but was not too happy with what I was finding. That is, until i stumbled onto http://misspicklesdesignstudio.com/ . Not only was the desing exactly what I wanted, but also she had all of my questions answered (Yay). I personally love the simple but femenine details (and it was FREEE ) lol, What do you think? Thanks miss Pickles!!

3rd Anniversary (Epcot Food & Wine Festival 2012)

This year to celebrate our third wedding anniversary we took a drive up to Orlando, and went to the annual Epcot Food and Wine Festival. It was a great decision!! The food was phenomenal, the lines to get said food not as much. Nevertheless we had tons of fun. Like always I leave u with some pictures from our adventure. Some High points were meeting Andrew Zimmerman (Bizarre Foods) and the Survivor Mini-concert and definetly the fisherman's Pie from Ireland and the Mongolian Beef from China. Ps. This was back in October 2012
